You could use this keyword in a Google search to locate free APC journals in Science Direct:

Enter that term in the Google search bar, then substitute your field of study for "computing".

Some journals that offer free article publishing for a limited period of time can be found in the results. It is a relatively new journal that is not yet included in Scopus' index. If you are lucky, you can find free journals that are indexed by Scopus.
